Pikes Peak 2010 was a huge success! Peak 4 Poverty and fifteen other enthusiastic climbers on September 24th as we conquer Pikes Peak in Colorado, and help raise awareness about the plight of AIDs orphans in Africa.
The challenge was to ascend towards the majestic top of Pikes Peak which is located in Colorado. At14,110 feet, Pikes Peak is the most visited mountain in North America behind Japan’s Mt Fuji.
We exceeded our goal of raising $1500 which would go towards educating 7 AIDs orphans for the school year.
